Heaney sued defendant respondent Board of Trustees of Garden Valley School District No. 71, seeking damages for the school districts alleged breach of an employment contract. The trial court granted summary judgment to the school district, holding that Heaneys suit was barred by the final judgment in a previous mandamus action he had brought to require the school district to reinstate him. Heaney has appealed. We reverse.
